Job Description

The SEC Reporting Group is responsible for preparing and submitting the reports required by the Securities and Exchange Commission, including quarterly earnings releases, Form 10-Qs, the Annual Report filed on Form 10-K and the Annual Report filed on Form 11-K.  In this position, the successful candidate will coordinate closely with the other members of the SEC Reporting Group to prepare, audit and review work papers supporting the required disclosures.  This position is also responsible for reviewing and updating the XBRL requirements for the quarterly and annual reports. The incumbent will interact regularly with others in the Controllers, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Legal groups, as well as our external auditors.  The incumbent will initiate new projects in response to new accounting and/or reporting requirements and improvement initiatives.  This is accomplished through a process of financial research, data gathering, planning, measurement, review and analysis. No Direct Reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-12 years of experience in regulatory reporting preferred. Experience in external reporting and/or internal audit preferred.  Experience in public accounting is highly preferred.
