Role responsibilities:

  • Help develop, shape and execute BNY Mellon’s change agenda
  • Partner with Executive Team to capture business opportunities across the Risk and Compliance, assess value, sequence, track and support execution
  • Support senior program managers’ interactions with business and functional leaders
  • Connect the Chairman/CEO agenda to cross-business priorities and serve as a convener (e.g. tech and data opportunities)
  • Support key enterprise-wide strategic processes
  • Develop and manage operational metrics and reporting

The ideal candidate would have a passion for and track record in:

The ideal candidate would ideally have:

  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or technology  
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. physical sciences, engineering, economics, business)
