Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Manager Due Diligence assists Risk Management with operational manager due diligence and risk monitoring initiatives with a special emphasis on operational, background and document reviews. Responsibilities include analytical projects, process improvements, market research, and providing an emphasis on operational risk assessment through management interviews and extensive analysis of fraud potential and related compliance. The incumbent will participate in broader portfolio risk monitoring and data analysis. In addition, the Dir of Manager Due Diligence will assist with client and operations projects.

Qualifications

He/She must have an MBA, or equivalent experience. Three to five years previous experience within an investment firm preferred. Time management, project management, and organizational skills are essential. In addition strong communication skills, analytical skills, and computer skills; proficiency in MS applications are a must. He/She must have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines; work independently as well as collaborate effectively in team structure. Some travel required.
