Job Description

The Program & Project Management/Business Analyst - Regulatory Change Management role is responsible to work within the Change Management team supporting the development of new reporting processes and changes required or improvements to existing reporting processes. S/he works closely with Regulatory reporting process owners in understanding the tools utilized, business and rule requirements. S/he develops functional specifications to define the data and derivational requirements to the IT development group supporting the reporting efforts. S/he works with the internal business partner to properly test, train and implement new or improved processes, often leading these efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 5-7 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Preferred Experience: Supported multiple enterprise systems implementations in a Business Analyst role.
