Customer Processing Analyst-Trainee->> Participates in Customer Processing/ IT training program to become familiar with platforms, tools, and technologies. Participates in closely supervised training program consisting of a variety of in-house courses with the focus on becoming familiar with the platforms, tools and technologies that play a major role in the success of IT at BNY Mellon. Successful completion culminates with reclassification into a Customer Processing Analyst role. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
- Typically requires no previous professional experience. Related internship experience is a plus.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint is strongly preferred.
- Advanced training in Excel, is strongly preferred
