Business Development Support – Player/coach role focused on helping to drive revenue growth by improving sales and business retention capabilities in the firm through a combination of training and development, strategy development, management communications, marketing engagement, competitor analytics and hands-on support of major deals and business at risk situations. The specialist will on three major areas: (i) lead the development and delivery of the Client Experience Playbook across the entire sales lifecycle; (ii) play a leadership role in developing and executing enterprise level efforts to address Business at Risk situations; and (iii) act as Marketing Liaison for Global Client Management. In this capacity he/she will work with Talent and Development, Marketing, Communications and ENGAGE teams, as well as sales leaders across the organization to: (i) develop and deliver strategies to improve sales and business retention performance; (ii) craft and deliver training and sales support tools to client facing teams; (iii) help teams with large deal strategy development, RFPs and client presentations; and (iii) partner with Marketing around campaigns, client surveys and competitor analytics. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales effectiveness trends at least annually. Highly visible role that is sometimes client facing.
