Job Description


Fund/Client Accounting - Manages a team of reconcilers and reviewers responsible for doing cash and position reconciliations between accounting and custody/broker data. Resolves escalated issues from team members. Manages the performance of assigned staff and sets team priorities. Manages relationships with fund accounting and custody utility teams and answer all their queries on open reconciliation breaks. Manage audit queries on reconciliations from client appointed audit firms. Preforms daily oversight and accuracy of reconciliations completed by team. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. 7-9 years of total work experience preferred; 2-3 years of team handling experience is preferred; experience in accounting and support functions preferred.
