Treasury Services Tech is looking for a Sr. Principal Business Analyst to add to its existing team of highly qualified professionals.
- Candidate will work closely on strategic initiatives with Business and also collaborate closely with all stake holders to reach a business solution which aligns with Technology and Business Strategy.

Sr. Principal Business Analysis Consultant->> Provides guidance and technical leadership in a specific business domain across all major programs. Serves in a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs. Provides extensive expertise and guidance for a specific domain across all major programs. Leads 10-15 analysts in that domain group, providing direction and assistance on assigned major programs to elicit, challenge, and prioritize requirements, translate into functional design and use case models. Develops project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a large, strategic, multi-year program. Provides guidance in development of the technical design, test plans, user documentation and implementation/conversion strategy. Manages scope and change throughout the remainder of the initiative utilizing formal requirements management principles including change control and requirements traceability. Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address strategic business objectives that span multiple, global business and technology areas. Participates in industry forums and keeps current on domain knowledge for their specific business and application areas of expertise. Participates in client forums and speaks at events/panels. Writes white papers in area of expertise. Applies experiences with existing software and/or systems development processes to define and collect metrics and develop better processes to be used in the future. Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives. Contributes to the achievement of Business Analysis objectives.
Prior Strong Financial Services Product Management Experience coupled with Technology background.
Demonstrate strong communication and ability to work with Product, Operations and Technology.
Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 12+ years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
