Lead Manager, Change Mgmt
Change Management - M2 Manages a small team of Change Management staff to successfully implement client and client-related projects. Provides clear direction and leadership to the Change Management team. Ensures teams use of BCG standard project methodology. Has some understanding of the commercial environment and competitors products and is aware of current regulatory and legal obligations of team managed. Leads and controls smaller, less complex change management projects, programs or a portfolio of change following all governance standards. Projects or programs cover part of the lifecycle. May collaborate with other specialist functions to achieve project/program objectives and produce deliverables. Complies with standard project process/implementation methods. Delivers quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budgets, including post-implementation support. Manages project/program resource plans and roadmaps and prioritizes teams workload and resources. Works independently with some input from more senior level managers. Problem solves for project team and attains buy-in from others to drive solutions forward. Serves as an escalation point for issues raised by the team. Builds relationships with internal teams, suppliers and clients. Manages communication flow between all relevant parties involved in the project or program to report/receive reports on progress, risks and issues. Communicates and manages client expectations. Leads effectively and is beginning to understand how own projects, programs and decisions affect other teams. Manages a small team of Change Management staff. Manages teams successful completion of small projects and programs and ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets.
QualificationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Knowledge of the various functions within financial services/asset servicing industry is preferred.
