Lead Representative, Cash Management
Some of the tasks of this position may include working in the following areas:
Mortgage processing – could be a loan processor which gives documentation knowledge
Delinquency and Loss Mitigation – monitoring the delinquency process of a loan from first default through the waterfall of resolution options (modification, short sale, foreclosure, OREO) and dealing with the third party service providers and attorneys throughout the process
Audits – compiling the necessary documentation for any of the audits throughout the year (financial, delinquency, SOX, privacy, flood insurance, customer complaints, 3rd party external, Regulatory)
Flood insurance monitoring – monitoring the third party servicers in regards to flood insurance sufficiency for properties that reside in a flood zone requiring flood insurance and all of the regulations surrounding Regulation H
Excel and Access could be used daily also
QualificationsHigh school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 10 plus years of total work experience preferred. Experience in banking operations is preferred.
