Group Manager, Client Processing
Responsible for setting client fee schedules after execution of new or renegotiated contracts, establishing and maintaining account structures and fee schedules across multiple billing systems. Responsible for standard and exception based transaction processing, processing, provides client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis, including product knowledge and technical assistance, problem resolution, and account transaction or managed account processing.
Manages multiple small contract implementation, client service and client processing teams handling any/all aspects of client accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, transactional processing and problem resolution. Manages the performance of assigned staff, coaching and guiding on billing set-up, establishing and maintaining account structure and fee schedules in the billing systems, execution and client inquiries. Manages Client Processing activities through other managers or a large team of senior professionals. Serves as a top level of support for external clients who were not able to have problems resolved at a lower level.
Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented. Identifies, coordinates and implements process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.. May develop business plans for team/group operations. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
QualificationsBachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 1-3 years in management. Experience in brokerage processing is preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
