Principal, Admin & Planning (Admin & Planning for Global Compliance)

Job Description

This is an individual contributor position managing the administration of Global Compliance departmental initiatives & programs such as managing costs within budget while driving efficiency, headcount planning within agreed goals, job offer approval process, recruitment and onboarding, managing the annual Compliance plan (inwardly focused on the Compliance department), managing and adjusting the  Compliance Operating plan (outwardly/enterprise-wide focus), ensure compliance risk reports, issues, KRIs/KPIs are reviewed with the compliance senior leadership team on a monthly basis,  overseeing employee development and training, preparing complex and lengthy powerpoint presentations for senior business management including CEO and other C-Suite members, and other ad hoc administration & planning duties. 


Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required;; MBA preferred 10-12 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred;; at least 5 years in project management or applicable business or function and cost-effective budgetary responsibility;; experience in the securities industry is a plus.
