Billing - S4 Serves as a team lead by coordinating the work of less experienced Billing Administrators. Interprets the most complex fee schedules and sets up accounts. Analyzes and interprets fee schedule data, anticipating patterns and links in the data. Sets up complex accounts and configures them in the system. Produces and tests the most complex invoices. Suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Assists less experienced Billing Administrators with work. No direct reports. Acts as a Team Lead by providing guidance to less experienced Billing Administrators, coordinating tasks for the team and checking on work quality and progress. Responsible for the quality and completion of own work and work of team members.
Qualifications High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services preferred.
