Regional Sales Director
Manage a team of Wholesalers and Specialists in a particular region. These individuals wholesale various Dreyfus products through intermediary channels such as Broker/Dealers, Banks, Wire houses and Financial Planning institutions. Products include, but are not limited to, mutual funds, annuities, wrap and separate accounts. Recruit, train, mentor and coach sales team. Develop sales strategy based on firm's goals.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8 years wholesaling experience. Sales management experience a plus. FINRA Series 6,7, 63 and required; 24 must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Ability to organize and manage a large and diverse sales territory. Strong product knowledge and the markets. CIMA designation a plus.
