Fund Administration - M3
Provides oversight for multiple teams responsible for a variety of fund administration activities, including expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation and compliance. Manages the performance of teams and sets team priorities.
Develops processes and provides guidance to teams to ensure that the daily positions of funds are calculated and maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Directs fund expense budgeting and preparation of expense invoices for an array of clients. Provides guidance in ensuring expenses are appropriately allocated.
Manages relationships with broad set of clients and resolves any escalated issues related to fund administration.
Directs priorities, sets processes, and allocates resources for the monitoring of fund compliance with all regulatory, BNY Mellon and client specifications.
Directs team in working with and providing guidance to internal and external auditors. Sets processes to ensure team is providing requested information in an efficient manner.
Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
Manages multiple fund administration teams.
Contributes to the achievement of multiple teams objectives
Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. CPA preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience and 1-3 years of management experience preferred. Accounting or fund administration experience preferred.
