Regional Head of Client Strategy and Development – Southeast Region
The incumbent is responsible for the leadership and direction of the BNY Mellon Wealth Management regional sales team and is accountable for helping them achieve both regional and individual sales goals. The incumbent will develop, implement and participate in strategic regional COI and marketing plans while measuring ROI. The incumbent will also be focused on establishing a talent strategy for the regions, knowing and engaging with key talent in the market and hiring top talent to complement the strategy. S/he will be focused on coaching and development of the Wealth Management sales process through efficient pipeline management and driving a team based approach to selling across the entire region. Additionally, the individual will be required to participate in national training and drive regional training programs for the team.
The incumbent should possess 10+ years of related experience, preferably in an investment environment, including 2+ years management experience. S/he will have a proven track record of successful selling, problem solving, and teambuilding. An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
