Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Assists the team in the completion of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs

  • Assist with the population of consultant databases

  • Ensure responses are accurate

  • Participate in the work across the team including reports and projects

  • Seek continual improvement, be innovative and display strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with RFPs, consultant databases and related documents

  • Gather data, collate supporting material, edit text, all within deadline

  • Communicate effectively with all areas of the firm

  • Review data to ensure accuracy

  • Assist with the maintenance of master text and in the appropriate and efficient distribution of that text, quarterly

  • Ensure that procedures are followed and met in regard to approvals and audit requirements

  • Undertake project work as required

  • Record all communications related to activity.

Technical Skills, Knowledge, Systems Knowledge (and associated skill level)

  • Interpret data to fulfil requirements

  • Interpret and tailor text appropriately

  • Understanding of the operating model of an investment management firm

  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint - advanced proficiency.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Understanding of the operating model of an investment management firm
  • Degree educated or significant experience within investment industry
  • Previous experience in a related role within an investment firm
  • Understanding Financial Services and Investment Management
