Inter. Rep, Client Processing
The Candidate is responsible for the day to day activities supporting the Business in Foreign Exchange related Operations.
Liaise with FX Front Office, Asset Servicing, Sub Custodians on pre FX execution matters
Identify, investigate and resolve exceptions on pre FX execution.
Demonstrate ability and confidence in queries management and trouble shooting.
Works closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations.
Liaise closely with all internal and external stakeholders for process improvements.
- Participation in user acceptance test.
- Provide and participate in cross training where necessary.
Ensure all company procedures and policies are adhered to at all times.
Ensure escalation of process in place. Identify gaps and bring to the attention of immediate supervisor, recommend solution and preventive measures.
Ability to multi task i.e. work on adhoc project assigned without compromising the daily process
Thorough understanding of all system functions relating to assigned roles.
Ensure all work procedures documented and stay current at all time.
- Degree in Business, Banking or Finance preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience with FX operations. Knowledge of APAC emerging markets is a plus.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player who is able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a multi-tasking environment.
Flexibility and Adaptability – Job rotation, Stagger Hours, working on Public Holidays and Shift Work
Microsoft Office proficient – Macro, VBA knowledge is an added advantage
