Senior Analyst, Business Planning and Analysis

Job Description

Business Planning and Analysis - IC1 Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities. Gathers, organizes and reviews operational data/metricsto analyze data. Extrapolates and complies analyses for use in reports or presentations. Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations. Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Participates on project teams, providing analytical support to achieve project objectives. No direct reports. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.  


·         Strong problem solving skills.

·         Ability to follow regular and critical deadlines.

·         Working knowledge of Workbench (Harvest)

·         Ability to clearly understand and follow established procedures

·         Ability to follow change management procedures

·         Ability to write strong documentation

·         Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets representing large application databases

·         Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

·         Ability to work in a team setting

·         Ability to work independently without close supervision.

·         Knowledge of Check (Item, Payment) Processing Operations preferred.


Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
