Job Description

  • Works with the business management and business partner teams to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes; and to update policies and procedures as necessary
  • Conducts Business Continuity coordination to ensure that APAC resiliency framework in place, working together with Global Resiliency team as well as Enterprise Resiliency team
  • Supports governance and risk related work, including preparation of various committees
  • Conducts research and data analysis to assist with strategic management Assists monthly financials, business plan and budget review process initiatives
  • Conducts administrative maintenance work; organizational chart, headcount tracking, facility management support and others
  • Oversights of staff training status and employ engagement related tasks


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education 
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred
  • Experience in the securities industry is beneficial
