Institutional Sales Support

Job Description


  • Assist sales managers in all aspects of client services, including their responses to request/inquiries from both prospective and existing clients for a wide range of investment strategies from traditional assets to alternatives;

  • Provide support for sales activities, including marketing material preparation, market information search, etc.;

  • Participate in sales activities with sales managers;

  • Provide other routine supports requested by sales managers 



  • 3+ years of experience in (i) sales support or junior sales at asset management firm(s), and/or (ii) investment management oversight at insurance firm / bank (either global or domestic firm is OK);

    *Candidates without sales support experience can also be considered, if he/she has 3+ years of experience in products/solutions and/or investment management oversight role (not as a fund manager) at asset management firm(s).

  • Basic knowledge about asset management;

  • Communication skill, proactive behaviour, and team-work spirit;

  • Japanese skill (native level) and English skill (business level);

  • PC skill (Outlook, MS Excel, Word and Power Point);
