Lead Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description

Manages a team responsible for the delivery of financial analytics and reporting in support of assigned line of business, corporate function, or region. Manages team in compiling and updating short term and long range forecasts to reflect changes in business strategies and business intelligence in the competitive environment. Directs the compilation of financial information and analysis of supported business areas for input to annual operating, capital and strategic plans. Manages performance reporting on identified key performance indicators. Manages creation of financial models to analyze and evaluate the financial impact of new projects and business opportunities. Manages a team of Financial Planning and Analysis professionals, including their performance management and career development. May manage financial and budgetary resources of the team. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or CFA preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience with 0-1 years of management experience preferred.
