Senior Representative, Reporting, Analysis and Risk Support

Job Description

Team description:  German Operations (KVG) Team provide a throughout fund administration service for German domiciled clients.  
As a successful candidate you will be given opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge from related fields. 
You will be responsible for:
  • Creation and timely distribution of Client & Regulatory reports 
  • Calculation/processing of key figures such as PerformanceFee, SRRI & RiskFigures 
  • Support on in- and output processing for tasks such as Class Actions, Investment Compliance & Market Risk
  • Collaboration with other teams (Fund Accounting, StaticData, Risk Controlling)  Poland & Germany
  • Ensuring that daily work flows, procedures and controls are effectively executed in a timely manner  
  • Analytical support for clients on analyses, methodologies and approaches that best support assessment of performance, risk or valuation
  • Preparation of the relevant documentation and coordination for external and internal audit in close cooperation with other team members 
  • Participation in special projects as required

We are looking for candidates who have:
  • English fluency, 
  • Knowledge of German is a plus, 
  • An interest in financial services/instruments
  • Knowledge of market risk management approaches (Value at Risk, Stress Testing, Scenario Analysis)
  • At least a degree level education; Finance or similar 
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • 2 years of related work experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of VBA (is a plus).
