Senior Specialist, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Implements projects focused on the Enterprise Risk database and reporting tools, focused on business development, improving user experience and product management, • Assesses the current  state of the enterprise system and of user needs and devises strategies for addressing needs and enhancements, • Works with internal clients and technology to devise and implement enhanced system capabilities, • Provides leadership to junior members of the team on projects and initiatives, • Escalates issues to more senior professionals, • No direct reports, • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.

Qualifications

    Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required,
      • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred,
      • Experience working with risk management, risk and trading systems and project management,
      • Expert level knowledge of Excel.   High level of proficiency with PowerPoint (with the ability to "tell a story"),
      • Eager to learn, quick to pick things up, highly curious,
      • Risk Management, Capital Markets or Product Marketing background preferred.
