Real Estate Fund Accounting team provide: - production of quarterly NAVs, - day-to-day accounting issues which will include cash management (cash flow forecasting) and bank reconciliations; - manage quarterly financial reporting process and accurate fund accounts.
As a successful candidate you will be given opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge from related fields.
During first months of on-the job training you`ll be assigned to a buddy and be able to:
Work in team to deliver best possible service to our Clients, both in daily operations regime, as well as quarterly reporting tasks.
Support day-to-day accounting activities, act as primary contact for assigned properties.
Generate and provide information to questions from internal and external clients.
