Project/Program Management - S3 Provides more experienced support for a wide array of activities involved in the planning and monitoring of projects. Assists in maintaining and coordinating special projects, department activities and meetings. Responsible for assignments that are semi routine in nature and adheres to documented process version control. Generates and monitors project metrics, department, and management reports. May analyze project-related data, ensures team is adhering to appropriate time and status reporting. May track external or internal related expenses. Ability to use automated office equipment, office product suite, knowledge to create and maintain documents, reports and other materials. Qualified candidate should be highly organized and perform a variety of general and specific clerical/administrative/secretarial responsibilities, as needed. No direct reports. Assists in supporting the achievement of team objectives.
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years of total work experience preferred. Project Management experience preferred.
