This role sits within Newton Capital Management LLC, the US-based sales, client service and consultant relations division of Newton. The job involves providing administrative services to NCM s Co-Heads of North American Business, supporting NCM's four other US-based team members and liaising with UK-based Newton PAs to co-ordinate investment-related activities. The individual will be responsible for managing all administration related to the primary office of Newton's U.S business. The individual will need to quickly gain an understanding of Newton and its business. They will also need to have an understanding of certain aspects of the wider BNY Mellon business. Although the individual will have the support of others within Newton, they will work autonomously in many aspects of their role as they will help run the U.S office and will need to resolve local issues with little support. The individual will provide dedicated support to the U.S team. They will be fully responsible and accountable for many aspects of the U.S business, from office managerial support in the newly formed Newton central office in NY to ensuring the schedules and travel arrangements of the sales team are in place. The individual will communicate with clients and will in many cases be the first contact point. Role will require interaction with U.S and U.K teams, clients and consultants. Individual will help organize and co-ordinate client and team events, which will require a level of interaction and negotiation with external providers.
College degree preferred. 5 years. Experience is a sales environment preferred.
