Group Manager, Lockbox Management
Manages and oversees workflow monitoring of multiple Lockbox Management teams.These teams work multiple shifts seven days a week in a production environment which is fast paced. Manages the direction of large projects with high impact, visibility, and risk to ensure Senior Management goals are met. Assists in establishing functional objectives that align with the goals of the business. Supports workflow management for the function. Partners with internal clients to review and analyze the metrics and standards for the functions service levels. Determines if goals are being met. Works closely with products and systems to identify opportunities to make operations more efficient. Analyzes the Lockbox Management quality assurance processes to recommend changes and improvements to ensure the functions services are of the highest quality. Works collaboratively with vendors and industry associates. Manages high priority internal and external customer service needs and is responsible for supporting alignment between Lockbox Management services and customers expectations to ensure customers needs are met. Responsible for recruiting, directing, motivating and developing multiple teams of Lockbox Management staff. Responsible for a significant level of problem resolution and for the resource and activity budget of multiple teams. Implements appropriate staffing models to ensure Lockbox Management teams have the resources and capabilities needed to complete work requirements, achieve functional goals, and meet the needs of the business. Responsible for resource and activity budget for multiples teams. May direct conversion activities. Participates in short and long range planning to support the strategic direction of Lockbox Management activities. Manages multiple teams of Lockbox Management staff. Work is primarily accomplished through subordinate managers. Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of Lockbox Management staff.with at least 3-5 in management preferred. Experience in bank operations preferred. Manager should have experience managing in a fast paced production environment.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 10-15 years of total work experience
