Job Description

  • Ensure that all daily deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines by the reconciliation team

  • Prioritize and organize workflow for all team members working to very strict deadlines.

  • Working on Internal transfers/ FX/ Invoice payment/ Bond trade settlement

  • Responsible for oversight and development of the team ensuring all product, process, systems & training needs are addressed. Also including professional guidance and growth, job enrichment, formalized business training.

  • Directly manage the resolution of all operational issues of significant impact.

  • Build strong relationships with internal LAS teams.

  • Completion of timely, accurate and relevant statistical information to be reported to management.

  • Responsible for the team’s adherence to the process and procedures- including but not limited to- mailbox monitoring; professional & timely communications; adequate & accurate research for all query resolution; quality of reporting.

  • Ensure the team’s compliance with the RCSA framework and all BNYM policies & procedures.

  • Develop operational procedures as needed; assist in the documentation of new system implementations.

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to increase productivity and quality controls.

  • Complete administrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames.

  • Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment.

  • Participate in various Audits and Reviews

  • Minimum 24 months of experience as an Analyst.

  • Minimum 24 months of experience in CDO. ( Systems: WSO/NEXEN/IMMS/WRT etc)
