- act as an advisor and management resource for all REPM-managed offices in EMEA and APAC, including India
- ensure the effective use of team resources to support business requirements
- participate as a member of the wider REPM management team to support positive outcomes for REPM and its clients internationally and globally
- oversee the monitoring framework for the annual operating budget process
- ensure budget processes are delivered effectively, budget plans are reviewed and challenged and cost effective services delivered
- oversee the framework for the settlement of finance lease-related obligations for UK and Ireland, and for corporate insurance settlement in EMEA, and APAC where appropriate
- ensure local markets use CoStar as the database of record for all real estate leases
- liaise with outsource team on lease transaction management
- support the EMEA health & safety team (currently outsourced) and ensure they have the direction and resources to achieve compliance with all regulatory and internal law and policy
- support and help drive the Health & Safety strategy as agreed with senior REPM International management
- Energy & Sustainability support the EMEA Sustainability team (currently outsourced) and ensure they have the direction and resources to achieve compliance with all regulatory and internal law and policy
- support and help drive strategy for energy and sustainability as agreed with senior REPM International management
- support for governance, reporting and controls for REPM International
- support and drive through to the appropriate level of control, whether local, regional, or at an International level
- advise and guide on control processes to ensure best practice and compliance, including the Risk Control Self-Assessment programme and the EU General Data Privacy Regulation and PRA
- promote awareness of policy changes and ensure compliance with privacy and training requirements
- Data Privacy Champion/GDPR for REPM International
- Liaise with the regional Data privacy champions
- Liaise with global GDPR leader in GSCD
- Support REPM to stay compliance with Third Party Governance and vendor Management overview.
- escalation point for Records Management issues where REPM acts as Engagement Manager in EMEA and APAC
- to oversee the compliance and timely execution of the business continuity programme for REPM International
- business continuity Plan Owner for One Canada Square and/or Queen Victoria Street offices as necessary
- to manage a variety of real estate and non-property projects for the benefit of the International team
- degree-qualified preferable
- legal, compliance, or regulatory background preferable
- strong leadership abilities to inspire and engage team members
- proven delivery in project managing complex services in a live office environment
- ability to interrogate and assimilate multi-layered information, and identify and articulate actions and outcomes
- an ability to engage positively across geographically and culturally diverse landscapes
- demonstrate lateral and positive thinking
- an ability to balance conflicting and contradictory priorities
