BNY Mellon’s ETF business is looking for an Executive Assistant who will independently provide advanced administrative support to the ETF CEO. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, drafting correspondence, and meeting coordination. The incumbent will effectively prioritize the needs of the office, manage competing requests and negotiate prioritization of administrative activities. Other responsibilities may include participation in ad-hoc special projects, screening calls and meeting requests. The incumbent will also display the ability to appropriately interact with leaders inside and outside the organization.
Effective collaboration and communication skills are required. Tact, diplomacy and confidentiality are essential skills. Proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in lieu of some experience may be considered
