Responsible for:


HR Project/Program Governance

o   Manage and evolve the HR program governance function to ensure a One HR approach in key HR project prioritization, execution, and monitoring

o   Develop and manage productive working relationships with senior executive stakeholders across the HR organization

·    Resolution & Recovery planning

o   Manage HR activity related to corporate Resolution and Recovery planning

o   Manage HR components related to corporate Resolution and Recovery plan filings

·    Miscellaneous project responsibilities

o   Research and respond to inquiries related to historic BNY Mellon deal activity (M&A, divestitures, outsourcing, liftouts)

o   Manage other ad hoc HR projects as the need arises

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required. 10-12 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
