  Role description and opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing team that is driving digital change in our global marketing organization. We are looking for a Senior Digital Art Director whose passion is taking digital design to the next level by delivering impactful and engaging digital design across our global enterprises. Someone with leadership ability to direct, as well as create, client-centric web experiences, client marketing journeys, email, paid media and new digital design frameworks to support global strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate must bring a history of designing concepts, storyboarding and the ability to design across a broad spectrum of the client’s digital journey. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing UX and Digital Design, this position will be responsible for bringing a digital vision from concept to design to production and development. The Director will lead teams and mentor junior staff to create a compelling digital marketing experience.

Key responsibilities include the following

Conceptualize, design and execute cutting edge 360 digital activations

Optimize our digital brand guidelines to ensure we are constantly improving upon our global platform with an understanding of variations for different products within the businesses

Design visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel digital brand and business campaigns

Deliver clear, concise and thorough communication of campaign and design goals. Provide guidance to junior staff, ensuring integration of design requirements into all phases of production, including QA

Create scalable digital design language for our enterprise digital properties

Translate business requirements into a digital design story

Collaborate with peers in business marketing, demand generation, marketing data science and development and integration

Manage vendors, budgets

Lead multiple global projects in parallel, meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a positive and motivated mindset

Qualifications

A successful candidate should ideally have these qualifications

Ability to bring creative design thinking to problems and design solutions by conceptualizing ideas

Strong portfolio that displays a history of successful digital enterprise design, style guides, multichannel campaigns and enterprise website designs

History of successful presentation of design concepts to senior management

Demonstrated experience making best-in-class digital campaigns, websites, mobile and onmi-channel programs for global institutions

Expert in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, Bootstrap and responsive frameworks in order to validate user interface front end development

Ability to influence and lead large, global, complex projects from concept to delivery with continuous improvement

In-depth understanding of the development lifecycle and experience working closely with the development teams in an iterative manner

10+ years of industry experience. Finance exposure preferred
