Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) - IC2 Under moderate direction, onboards clients, opens, enables, maintains and closes accounts in systems relevant to the markets onboarding. Obtains and reviews the appropriate onboarding documentation and reference data (provided by the client or other internal stakeholder representing the client relationship) and ensuring regulatory aspects of AML/KYC, Regulatory checks and other due diligence related requirements are completed/documented prior to opening accounts. CLM will maintain accounts throughout their lifecycle to ensure they are kept compliant with all “Good to trade requirements”. CLM closes off accounts by first checking for any pending activity or balances remaining in the account and following the off boarding procedures relevant to the nature of that account. Works directly with sales & other internal stakeholders to ensure proper client compliance is met regarding onboarding’s. This can be relevant to REG, legal negotiation or an overall operational set up for the client specific to a platform. Communicates progress to managers and escalate issues or potential project/BAU delays. Ensures Client Lifecycle Management meet all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements. May participate in UAT, on boarding and fault resolution. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
