Cash Management - S2
Provides support for the execution of check processing, as well as preparing and producing customers work. Reviews and inputs data, escalating issues as needed.
Researches errors thoroughly, logs information and makes appropriate updates in the system, including issuing a credit or debit to a corporate account. Escalates issues that require sound decision-making capabilities.
Leverages a developing understanding of the Cash Management processes and equipment. Receives guidance from more experienced staff and escalates issues following a regulated escalation process, as needed. May provide guidance to more junior staff.

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. 1-2 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in banking operations is preferred.
