The Business Analyst - Regulatory Change Management role is responsible to work within the Change Management team supporting the development of new reporting processes and changes required or improvements to existing reporting processes. S/he works closely with Regulatory reporting process owners in understanding the tools utilized, business and rule requirements. S/he develops functional specifications to define the data and derivational requirements to the IT development group supporting the reporting efforts. S/he works with the internal business partner to properly test, train and implement new or improved processes, often leading these efforts. S/he will be responsible to preform financial data analysis for different regulatory reporting requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience in Business analysis, Data analysis preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred. Preferred Experience: Supported multiple enterprise systems implementations in a Business Analyst role. Having SQL knowledge for data analysis will be a preferred. Having Financial Regulatory Reporting experience will be add advantage.
Business Analyst with Financial Services background
Regulatory experience is a plus
Some level of SQL understanding or knowledge
Axiom knowledge or implementation experience is a huge plus
