Specialist Technology Strategist - Employee Engagement and Experience

Job Description

The Technology Strategist  Specialist will focus on research, design, and employee engagement programs which deliver on Tech wide strategic initiatives. They support the Office of Technology relations scale employee experience programs globally and help organize and support a team of regional champions. In addition the Specialist:


Drives key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, delivery and integration of systems and business development projects. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project. Participates in the identification, development and implementation of strategy and key growth objectives through analysis and research. Identifies, assesses and solves a variety of complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving project objectives. Analyzes early market and technology opportunities in areas of strategic importance for the business unit supported. Creates and communicates business case for emerging technologies. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities. Translates opportunities into strategic operational plans. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 
6-8 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

·         Experience in helping build and executing new programs


·         Experience working as a business analyst, strategist, or similar function in a software-focused organization


·         Experience in research and/or survey design


·         Strong quantitative analysis skills


·         Proven track record extracting high-level insights from complicated datasets
