Job Description

Project/Program Management - S4 Provides advanced support for a wide array of activities involved in the planning and monitoring of projects. Tracks projects within project management time tracking tools. Ensures that project team is adhering to appropriate time and status reporting. Tracks external project-related expenses. Develops and generates project metrics reports and analyzes data. Develops and produces management reports. Works with project stakeholders in identifying issues and alternatives. Recognizes implication and criticality of issues and escalates as appropriate. Updates and maintains project documentation under the guidance of a Project Manager. Adheres to documented process version control. No direct reports. May guide other Project Management support staff. Supports the achievement of team objectives.


High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Project Management experience preferred.
