Lead Analyst, Trading Services - Managed Accounts Investment Support

Job Description

Trade Services - IC2 Provides expertise on managed account trading services to Broker Dealer, Asset manager, advisors and internal trading desks regarding trade processing, drift review, quality assurance, exception processing, and ad-hoc maintenance. May have reporting and project oversight responsibilities. Understands client driven trade guidelines and monitors work queue for client maintenance requests, order rejects and risk checks. Fields client inquiries and troubleshoots issues. Processes trade error corrections on behalf of broker dealers, financial advisors, money managers, or internal partners. Develops analysis of the current trade processes and procedures and proactively makes recommendations for improvement. Develops knowledge of products and vendor requirements. Develops reports, trends and analyses of organization/vendor executions. Develops knowledge of compliance requirements, control policies and trading standards. Proactively communicates with traders, analysts and other functional groups. No direct reports. Provide guidance to less experienced analysts. Contributes to the achievement of team goals and objectives.  Tests new product enhancement and patch fixes. Series 7 is required.


Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial investments preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
