Job Description

Business Process Improvement/Best Practice - IC3 Independently analyzes and defines requirements for business process improvement, uses own judgement when determining a plan of action and leads best practices initiatives in the implementation of moderate-sized, full scale projects or portions of large, complex projects. Works independently when creating implementation plans and managing redistribution. Leads meetings and manages communication with relationship managers, client service managers, regulatory roles, communications roles, business partners, etc. as needed to fulfill improvement plan requirements. Uses past experience to recommend more efficient solutions if necessary. No direct reports. Manages moderate sized internal and external projects.


Preferred Skills:

Analyse and define requirements for Resiliency purposes on behalf of Issuer & Loan Services Operations.  Initiatives and responsibilities will include maintenance, refresh and creation of igrafx business process work flows, business asset mapping with an understanding of associated impact (e.g. on disaster recovery testing, business continuity planning).


Works mainly with subject matter experts from Operations, Business and Technology teams, 2LOD, Enterprise Resiliency Office.  May have exposure to external clients and vendors. Leads meetings and manages communication as needed to fulfill requirements with an ability to create collaborative working relationships with various stakeholders.

Is able to work independently, whilst pro-actively keeping the Issuer & Loan Services Operations Resiliency lead and Senior Management fully up-to-date.  Is a self-starter, with a keen eye for detail.  Proficient in use of Office, MyShare, and a knowledge of enterprise wide systems and applications would be helpful.



Bachelors degree required. Graduate degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.
