At the heart of the platform is Data and Analytics team whose goal is to provide reports and analytics that drive insights, decision making and engagement model.
Specialist Metrics Analyst->> Defines, develops, maintains and delivers strategic measurements that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of the CTS organization. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project. Defines, creates and maintains a meaningful set of metrics. Establishes relationships to obtain data needed for metrics. Identifies and contacts appropriate managers and professionals to gather necessary information to be added to central reporting database. Conducts studies to provide additional facts needed to make informed decisions with regard to organizational and functional effectiveness measurements. Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops reports, and prepares and delivers both informational and decision-seeking presentations. Stays abreast of organization and management changes and has advanced knowledge of company practices relevant to measurements. Maintains knowledge of company's total computing environment and planned changes in order to develop meaningful measurements. Monitors industry and marketplace technology practices and benchmarks related to CTS. Stays abreast of technology innovations and trends. May recommend areas for improvement. Collaborates with and supports leaders and their teams from an area of expertise to ensure strategies and measurements are aligned and support business and operating results. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
Description : We are looking for a data analyst who will drive and execute on our analytics strategy. This involves analysis of data and development and delivery of reports in Tableau, creating meaningful insights, key performance indicators and other metrics. The role involves close collaboration and developing partnerships with internal teams across technology, business and operations, understanding of strategic objectives of our business and the Wealth Management industry. A successful candidate should have great analytical skills, enjoy working with data and problem solving and have a technical acumen to develop in Tableau. Additionally, the candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and is able to communicate well at all levels and has a good understanding and interest in the business. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, 6-8 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
