  The Role: 

The DCIO Business Development Associate will play a key role driving awareness, adoption and service of our key retirement solutions to retirement plan advisors. 

  • In partnership with the retirement and DCIO team, the DCIO Business Development Associate will be responsible for targeted prospecting activities including proactive calling efforts, follow-up calls to support external wholesaler’s meetings, and managing email/digital campaigns.

  • Other responsibilities also include coordinating with internal parties to oversee new business proposals, onboardings, database management, conference support, marketing campaigns and ongoing client service. 

  • The DCIO Business Development Associate must have strong organizational and follow up skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within the DCIO team and broader organization.  Moreover, DCIO BDA must demonstrate a professional presence, strong presentation skills, and a high level of energy and motivation.


  • College Degree, either BA or BS
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or must obtain within 90 days)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the retirement industry strongly preferred.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of platforms a plus
