This position is responsible for analyzing and understanding deal requirements and then building/programming computer models to reflect those requirements. Essentially include Building/debugging of models to ensure that payments are calculated correctly and that reports are accurate and complete. The incumbent will be required to read and understand deal related legal documentation and identify the relevant details and information to enable them to create the deal model in the database using SQL, VB & VBA and Access. In addition, the Analyst will provide support and ongoing maintenance for existing deal models using both bespoke and proprietary systems. Initially the focus of this role is to convert existing deals from one proprietary DB to another before progressing onto deal modelling for new business. The position also requires to review deals and ensure high levels of Quality standards are maintained.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other related discipline. Preferred Education: Post Graduate.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 year. Preferred Experience: 2 to 5 years.
Minimum Language Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Access SQL,VB & VBA Skills, or similar database and query writing experience is required.
