Lead Analyst, Client Service

Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating all trade activity, including trade capture and, once approved, trade communication with all the respective trade processing units. Responsible for gathering all relevant data from Operations and preparing client reports.  Other duties include assisting Account Managers in providing client service.


Primary responsibilities include post-execution trade processing from trade entry through settlement for all products and markets.  The incumbent is responsible for trade capture, trade reconciliation, break communication and resolution, fail monitoring, billing coordination, position pricing, account balancing, option expiration, new account opening, account maintenance, wire authentication, tri-party collateral reconciliation and other ad-hoc requests.  The role requires interaction with hedge funds and mutual funds, as well as internal account management, new client integration, trading, P&S, clearance, settlement, delivery management, corporate actions, dividends, security master, new accounts, securities lending, buy-ins and prime brokerage operations.


Qualifications

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
