Gather a detailed knowledge of Service Now and its usage
Project manage all Service Now related enhancements working in close coordination with technical and business owners.
Act as a primary owner for any queries related to Service Now application and associated projects related parameters from a business perspective- Resource Management, Demand Management and oversight for the broader BCG Group
Attend technical and business users related prioritization forums to keep abreast of changes and feedback any impacts on Service Now application
Ability to generate intelligent insights on relevant reports being generated for senior mgmt. consumption, through queries, SQL etc.
Produce regular Management Information Reports as directed by the Head of Business Change Office and Global Head of Change Management to supplement business decisions
Improve Data and MIS reporting Techniques through effective use of advanced analytics techniques and tools

7-10 years’ experience as Project Manager for setup for large captives, shared services. Demonstrate a good knowledge of project governance and project methodologies, especially around large transformational / strategic initiatives
Good working knowledge of Service Now application, its functionality and reporting usage is a must
Hands on experience around management reporting, familiarity with Advanced Excel, macros, automation etc.
Effective communication and leading senior stakeholder’s engagements in a globally distributed environment.
Excellent presentation skills around MS PPT, Visio, as the role would encompass presenting data points and inferences for senior mgmt. reporting in a clear and crisp manner
Demonstrate a proactive mind set in learning the process and act a mentor/guide on BCO related queries
4+ years of experience in Power Bi and Tableau Application is desirable
Experience in database management
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
