BNY Mellon Securities Corporation seeks a Principal, Relationship Management in New York, NY, to independently develop the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: devising and developing strategic plans for managing and growing existing client and consultant relationships; reviewing and presenting the suitability of financial investment products to global clients and consultants, maintaining global buy-ratings, and retaining multi-national and regional clients; tailoring and customizing investment products to meet global institutional client and consultant requirements within different geographical jurisdictions; presenting, selling and cross-selling financial investment products, including equities, multi-asset, and fixed income products, into regional and global institutional markets; developing client service models that align with different regulatory regimes, including FCA regulations; overseeing all aspects of the client lifecycle, including client take-on, client maintenance and mandating compliance, and implementing client take-off; utilizing and customizing CRM platforms, including salesforce.com, to capture pipeline management and implement car protocol for business oversight, and developing client reporting platforms; leveraging global investment pooled vehicles and developing segregated portfolios to be distributed in global markets, including UCITS; devising global pricing models and negotiating contracts for cross-business and cross-border multi-national clients including Defined Benefit, Defined Contributed, Endowment and Foundations, and Intermediary and Bank channels in global institutional markets; utilizing investment databases, including eVestment and Mercer GIMD, and client directories, including money market directory, FinSearches, and Public Plan IQ, to identify global opportunities and prospective clients; and devising and commercializing innovative investment solutions to promote products, including global ESG and sustainable products.  Qualified applicants please apply online at www.bnymellon.com/careers and utilize reference code #2004864.  Please indicate “referral source – advertisement – WEB.”
