The Investment Strategist performs functions related to the development, growth, implementation and retention of institutional advisory clients. Ideal candidates will have basic knowledge in defined benefit plan funding and accounting rules. Understanding of basic investment manamagent practices pertaining to defined benefit plans is preferred. The position's primary functions may include, but are not limited to: preparation and delivery of technical presentations to BNY Mellon clients, maintenance of the firm's analytical tools, and assisting in market research. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to BNY Mellon clients or their consultants. Assist new business development for Fiduciary Solutions and other LOBs where applicable. Assist the maintenance and enhancement of the firm's analytical tools. Prepare and distribute market research and thought leadership materials. Act as a strategic partner to other areas of Wealth Management and Investment Management.
QualificationsBachelors Degree Required. Advanced Degrees Preferred.
