Job Description

Manages a medium to large-sized or multiple small teams within a significant business segment or business line activity involved with the planning, analysis, delivery and integration of systems and business development projects. Participates in setting the strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better technology solutions that support and drive business decisions. Provides research and advanced analytical support on strategic projects, including project status and project direction. Understands the strategic direction of the enterprise, assigned business unit, and the supporting IT systems and architectures. Facilitates and assists in the development of strategic objectives and goals within a significant business segment or business line activity. Manages one or more strategic planning teams. Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
