Intermediate Global Mobility Representative

Job Description

Under guidance, responsible for the execution of routine mobility activities or small, discreet parts of mobility activities in areas such as assignment management, tax and analytics management or immigration management. Conducts all AP and payroll processing activities for the team. Provides administrative support to fellow team members. Does not typically interact directly with clients. Conducts the data gathering, research and non-complex analytical activities to support global mobility program administration. Maintain databases, electronic files and records. Compile documentation and required approvals/sign-offs. May help with quality control and data integrity monitoring. Conduct AP and payroll processing activates related to mobility program activities. Liaise with peers in these departments to identify and resolve any routine problems. Escalates complex issues to management. Provide advanced administrative support to a team of professionals/managers. Assist in special projects as needed. Ensures all assigned activities are in compliance with BNYM policies as well as local/country-specific regulations and tax laws. No direct reports. 

Qualifications

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Bachelor's degree preferred. Typically requires 4-6 years of total work experience, preferably in a mobility, tax, payroll or financial area.
